Brad Beven Triathlon provides personally tailored, ‘on-line’ training programs.   These programs are tailored to your specific goals, background and capacity/ commitments, and provide detailed descriptions of sessions and photos/ videos of specific activities (e.g. stretching). 

These are popular with people wanting more structure to their training – and ensure you have greater direction in the work-outs that you do.  You can combine them with squad sessions (either with BBT or other groups).
